Parties are song scenes where the action walks on, every time.  Parties are where we meet our true loves, and love our friends, and get friendly with people we maybe should not, and make mistakes that feel like the worst of our lives. A party can be life-changingly good, or accidentally and suddenly the worst day of the week. Parties are sweaty, nervous, heady, drunken, revelatory, and ordinary. Said another way, good or bad, a party makes a great song topic.
